Two Classical Sacrifices: Made and Unmade

The classical Bxh7+ sacrifice is one of the first, and most useful, "stock" sacrifices we all learn. Here are two examples of this recurring combinational theme.

A fashionable move is 6...Bb4!?.
7.cxd5 Nxd5 8.Bd3 Nc6 9.0-0 Nxc3?!
9...0-0 10.Re1 Bf6 is better.
10.bxc3...
